Most of our customers sign up when they first call us to book. We ask every customer the same question, word for word:

"Before we wrap up — would you like to receive recurring SMS updates about your service appointment with My Guy Mobile RV Service LLC? We'd text you ETAs, arrival notifications, completion notifications, estimate and invoice links, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency varies; typically 1 to 10 messages per service job. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Our Terms and Privacy Policy are at app.wrenchable.cloud/terms and app.wrenchable.cloud/privacy, and your first text includes both links. Is that okay?"

When you say yes, we record it on your customer record with the date and who took the call. We can't text a number that has no recorded yes: the system blocks it.
